• Final edited photos and videos will be delivered after full payment has been received unless otherwise stated.

• If an invoice remains unpaid for more than seven (7) days after the due date, Hammerhead Productions reserves the right to pause all work, editing, revisions, future scheduling, and delivery of content until the outstanding balance is paid.

• Any additional services requested outside the original agreement will be quoted separately.

• Payments made are non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by law.

Payment Terms

All photographs, videos, and other media created by Hammerhead Productions remain protected by copyright unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients receive a license to use the final delivered content for its intended purpose. The following conditions apply:

• Photos, videos, graphics, and edits may not be altered, edited, filtered, recolored, cropped in a way that changes the creative intent, or otherwise modified without prior written permission from Hammerhead Productions.

• If changes or alternate versions are needed, all revision requests must be submitted directly to Hammerhead Productions.

• Raw footage, project files, and unedited images are not included unless specifically purchased or agreed to in writing.

• Hammerhead Productions may display completed work in portfolios, social media, websites, and promotional materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before the project begins.

• Unauthorized editing, redistribution, resale, or commercial licensing beyond the agreed project scope is prohibited.

Content Usage Terms

By paying any invoice, retainer, deposit, or other payment to Hammerhead Productions, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Payment Terms and Content Usage Terms. Payment constitutes acceptance of these policies in their entirety, whether or not the client has signed a separate agreement.
